• Over 20 years of experience as VP/Director of Human Resources at companies such as Infracommerce, Patria Investimentos, Abril Mídia, Novartis Biociências, Unilever, and Ford.
• Executive Education professor at INSPER, teaching Culture, Innovation, and Digital Transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from USP (1992), postgraduate in Administration with a focus on Marketing from FGV (1997), and completed the board member training program at IBGC (2022).
